The cov ops hauler loses a lot of cargo over a standard Indy, it's why I'd rather use a regular Inty (and to avoid Industrial V on my alt).

If I need to get Frigates and Cruisers from high to low, what kind of setup am I looking at? I'm thinking shield buffer in the mids, cargo expanders in the lows and rigs to make up the difference? Probably make the runs after downtime or something...
